If you are picky about selling your home, don’t leave the details to someone other than Joann Smith. Some people hope it happens , some people wish it would happen but Joanna Smith makes it happen , I’m sold!

"Your biggest home ownership decisions should not be left to just anyone" "being picky is a good thing" We are both selling in one state and buying in another state. Working in concert with the buying agent found us the selling agent so all would be on the same page. Maintain continued education in real estate, ranking tops in the market and close the deal timely got us to phase one. We were fortunate the house sold full price cash offer before even planting the sign or hitting the MLS. We now move to phase two, the buying stage in our new soon to be state of residence. We wouldn't be here without Joanna's representation, marketing and those stunning photos. She gave great advice on decluttering or pointing out minor flaws to correct as an agent should be doing. I thought she was crazy taking us on being the commute from the home office was not in our local area, but she did and got the job done!
